OUR MISSION

To gather and disseminate material and information relative to the history and significance of the Original Image of Divine Mercy in the attempt to return the masterpiece to its pride of place as the singular work that accurately depicts Saint Faustina’s vision of Jesus as He commanded it to be painted. As much as the work and biographies of Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska, Blessed Fr. Michael Sopoćko (Saint Faustina’s Spiritual Director), and Eugeniusz Marcin Kazimirowski (the artist) fall under that mission, their own work will also be considered. This will be done using various media methods including film, websites, videos, music, theater, presentations/lectures, merchandise, books and the collection of artifacts for the purpose of establishing a reference “Gallery of Artifacts” - all directly related to the Original Image of Divine Mercy. The Original Divine Mercy Institute works to create and produce replicas of the Original Image of Divine Mercy for veneration in private and public places; and to share the knowledge aggregated in these pursuits through further publications, programs, websites, and merchandise.
